Evolution of the TCEC Logo

The First Logo (1997 2010)

TCECs original logo was created in 1997, featuring a green sailing ship resembling the letter "T", symbolizing both Tianjin (our home city) and the companys journey toward success. The green color represented growth and hope, reflecting the founders vision for a prosperous future. The letters "CEC" stood for Century Electronics Company. This logo remains in use for some internal business documents.

The Redesigned Logo (2010 Present)

As TCEC entered a period of rapid growth, we redesigned our logo in 2010, maintaining the sailing ship and CEC letters but introducing new colors and font styles:
Red Represents passion, courage, and resilience, symbolizing innovation and new talent.
Grey Represents stability, tradition, and wisdom, emphasizing our commitment to core company values.

By blending tradition with modern innovation, the new logo reflects TCECs balanced approach to business: preserving legacy while embracing progress. This red and grey color scheme also defines our corporate branding, including our official website.

With our strong brand identity and commitment to quality, TCEC continues to grow as a trusted leader in the power electronics industry.

History

1987	We discussed with American clients, exporting feasibility of product like thyristors (disc type).
1988	Commenced exporting business of high power control relay to America and other regional markets.
1990	Exported thyristors developed of molybdenum disc to America's market.
1995	Received orders in a large amount for thyristors (disc type) & disc type based ceramic metal housings.
1997	Tianjin Century Electronics Co., Ltd (TCEC) was registered as an independent legal entity. Our company became renowned in Chinese Electronics Industry.
2001	On a continuous basis received orders for high power thyristors formed using molybdenum disc with Rhodium plated.
2002	We could execute the continuous processing of orders for the business of insulating ceramic pipes of high alumina (99.9%).
2003	Started processing orders for power modules & solid state relay series & GTO products.
2005	TCEC commenced exporting silicon wafers/ingot (FZ/CZ/NTD), intelligent modules & IC in a huge quantity.
2007	Commenced exporting complete set of equipment that included diesel generating set, welding generator, est devices of power semiconductor and solar energy system
2008	An experienced team commenced working for the growth of set equipment's sale in overseas markets This team holds specialization in Medium Frequency Induction Smelting Furnace, Induction Heating Forging Furnace, Medium Frequency Induction Heating Equipment, Induction Quenching Equipment & Pipe Pile Steel Wire Product Line of Heat Treatment, etc.
2009	TCEC commenced exporting business of soft starter and frequency inverter.
